Supporting the V1, our V2 Video Assist team plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the video systems. They assist in camera setup, cable management, and other essential tasks, allowing the V1 to focus on the broader production elements.

For events that require dynamic on-screen content, our Graphics Operators are essential. They manage and display all visual content, from logos and lower thirds to complex animations, ensuring that everything is displayed on time and in perfect alignment with the event’s flow.

Our Playback Pro Operators are experts in handling video playback during events, ensuring that pre-recorded content runs smoothly and integrates seamlessly with live production. Whether it's video clips, presentations, or sponsor messages, they ensure flawless execution.

Camera Operators are at the heart of any live event, capturing every critical moment with precision and creativity. Paired with Camera Grips, who manage camera movement and stability, they work together to deliver the best possible footage, whether it’s for IMAG (image magnification) or broadcast.

When it comes to preserving the event, our Video Record/Capture Technicians ensure that every visual element is captured with the highest quality, creating valuable assets for future use. Meanwhile, our Epiphan Pearl Technicians specialize in live streaming and recording with the Epiphan Pearl system, ensuring smooth and reliable broadcasts for virtual audiences.

V1 VIDEO LEAD

Is responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production with an advanced level of Video knowledge and training. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. Expected tasks are, but not limited to: Overseeing all aspects of video system setup, production and playback. Has knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting various video equipment. Has a confident understanding of video routing and switching. Confidant in collaborating with event organizers, and ensuring the highest quality of video presentation for each event.

V2 VIDEO ASSIST

Is responsible for assisting the V1 all aspects of video production with a moderate level of Video knowledge and training. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. Expected tasks are, but not limited to: assisting the V1 in the video system setup. Has knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting various video equipment. Has a moderate/advanced understanding of video routing and switching. Confidant in collaborating with event organizers, and can work autonomously and independently as needed.

CAMERA OPERATOR

Skilled and experienced in assembling/ disassembling professional broadcast cameras and necessary set-up components (Tripods & cabling). Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. As well as framing shots, taking cues, and collaborating with the production team to achieve the desired visual and storytelling goals. These technician may also operate without a tripod (Handheld) with proficiency, maintaining focus on subjects while in motion and adhering to direction effectively.

GRAPHICS OPERATOR

An V1 level role involves proficiency in operating both Windows and Mac computers, including running PowerPoint, Keynote presentations, and other computer-generated displays. Skilled in slide cueing and advancement, with the ability to provide minor edits to presentations and show graphics.These technicians are trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures and are prepared to work directly with clients. Sometimes this position requires designing and editing elements live during an event or moments before events.

PLAYBACK PRO OPERATOR

The Playback Pro Operator is responsible for managing all aspects of video playback during events with an advanced level of expertise in Playback Pro software and related video systems. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. Expected tasks are, but not limited to: Operating and cueing video content, ensuring seamless integration of pre-recorded material with live production. Has knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting Playback Pro systems. Confident in coordinating with video leads and event organizers to ensure that all video content is presented flawlessly. Ensures the highest quality of video playback, contributing to the overall success of the event.

VIDEO RECORD/CAPTURE

V1 level technician responsible for capturing, recording, and managing video content from meetings and events. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. This technician ensure correct equipment setup, high-quality video recording, and post-event content management for safe client retrieval of deliverables.

EPIPHAN PEARL TECHNICIAN

This position encompasses the same attributes as a Video RecordCapture Technician. An Epiphan Pearl Technician, is responsible for operating and managing the Epiphan Pearl, a versatile video production and streaming system, for live events, conferences, and productions. They are trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. This role involves ensuring the high-quality capture, recording, and streaming of audiovisual content during events.

CAMERA GRIP

A Camera Grip is a specialized technician in the audio-visual event industry responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating camera support equipment such as tripods, dollies, cranes, and tracks. They ensure the camera's stability and movement during filming, collaborating closely with the camera operator and director to achieve the desired visual shots. Their expertise includes rigging, safety protocols, and troubleshooting to support seamless production workflows.
