For events with complex wireless audio needs, our Audio RF Coordinators are indispensable. They manage and coordinate all wireless frequencies to prevent interference, ensuring that wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, and other RF devices operate smoothly without any disruptions.

A1 AUDIO LEAD

A Lead Audio Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Audio production with an advanced level of Audio knowledge and training. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. Expected tasks are, but not limited to: Overseeing all aspects of audio system setup, set-up and playback. Leading a team of audio technicians, collaborating with event organizers, and ensuring an exceptional audio experience. Knowledge and experience in setting up, operating and troubleshooting various audio equipment (digital consoles, analog consoles, recorders, equalizers, amplifiers, microphones, & speakers. Has a confident understanding of signal flow and acoustics.

A2 AUDIO ASSIST

Is responsible for assisting the A1 in all aspects of Audio production with a moderate level of Audio knowledge and training. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. Expected tasks are, but not limited to: assisting the A1 in the Audio system setup. Mic'ing presenters, monitoring battery levels on wireless microphones, microphone running, cable management, and setting up and operating Coms for show crew. Has knowledge and experience in setting up and troubleshooting various audio equipment. Has a moderate/advanced understanding of audio signal flow and acoustics. Confidant in collaborating with event organizers, and can work autonomously and independently as needed.

AUDIO RECORD OPERATOR

An A1 Lead Audio level Technician responsible for overseeing all aspects of professional audio recordings from meetings and events and file management for deliverable(s) to end-clients. Trained in professional etiquette and general on-site procedures. Expected tasks are, but not limited to: ensuring proper audio record levels, clear and legible recordings, proper file storage and management, providing deliverables to end-client(s), trouble shooting audio recording issues and intermediate to advance audio recording device knowledge.

AUDIO RF COORDINATOR

An Audio RF Coordinator is a crucial role in the audio visual event industry, responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of radio frequency (RF) spectrum usage during events. This position involves planning, setting up, and monitoring RF equipment such as microphones, in-ear monitors, and communication systems to ensure clear and interference-free audio transmission. The coordinator assesses the event's RF needs, navigates frequency coordination and licensing requirements, and troubleshoots RF interference issues. Effective communication with audio technicians and event organizers is essential to maintain optimal audio quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
